Erasmus Office
The Erasmus Office is the service department for Erasmus+ Programme at Susini College, responsible for the management and implementation of mobility activities.
The Office is run by the Erasmus Programme Coordinator assisted by a member of the administrative staff. It organises and coordinates student exchanges (incoming and outgoing), offering advisory services to students and staff and develop cooperation with partner Institutions.
The Office manages agreements, administers mobility grants, communicates with partner Institutions, manages the incoming students by providing information, support and assistance during their stay, develop and monitor exchange agreements, ensuring academic quality.
Moreover, the office is organising counseling and mobility sessions, orientation sessions for students and staff, handling of student housing issues, international days with the National Agency etc.
The academic tasks are undertaken by the academic coordinator who ensures that academic requirements pertaining to the students' study/ placement are fulfilled:
For outgoing students: advise students on suitable destinations and approve destination choices, review, advise on and approve students' module choices, assess Erasmus results once the Transcript of Records is received and inform academic registry of the outcome and grades obtained for student's records.
For incoming students: welcome Erasmus students at the start of the semester, advice on module choices and sign the students' module registration form.
